Advertising Sales Person
We are looking for an advertising salesperson who can work alongside our existing sales team, selling advertising to customers who may want to use Living North and a portfolio of other titles which we publish.
Selling will be primarily on the telephone, so we are looking for people who enjoy speaking to existing and potential customers on a daily basis and who would relish the challenges of measuring themselves against monthly sales targets.
Experience is desirable but not essential but you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable dealing with clients on the phone.
The positions are ideally full-time but part-time will also be considered.
Living North Event Sales People
As part of our expansion programme, we will be holding extra events in 2010 across the North of England.
We are looking for full or part-time sales people who can work as part of an established events team on three separate
pre-Christmas events.
Selling will be on the telephone so we are looking for people who enjoy the challenge of speaking to potential and current clients on the phone and who can communicate clearly and effectively on the benefits of participating in our 2010 Events Programme.
Successful applicants would be expected to measure themselves against company targets and an attractive bonus package is available for achievement of Event revenue targets.

Creative Designers
We are looking for editorial/advertising designers who can work alongside our experienced Design Team. You must be very creative, enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and have the ability to work under pressure and still produce creative designs of a high standard. A strong interest in magazine and editorial design is essential. Ideally full time but part time will also be considered.

We are looking for a Researcher/ Editorial Assistant who can work alongside our Editor and the writing team. Must be a forward thinker who can work efficiently and under pressure. Experience desirable, but not essential. Ideally full time but part time will also be considered.
Web Designer/Editor
We are looking for an experienced individual who can enhance and help to design and manage our website both commercially and editorially.
You must be creative, highly organised and an excellent communicator who can work under pressure as part of a successful team. Full and part time opportunities available.
