Cheeseburn | Living North

The sculpture gardens around this 800-year-old manor house (potted history: it was the farm of Hexham’s Augustinian priory, copped it during the dissolution of the monasteries, and was passed around private hands until Simon and Joanna Riddell moved in in 1992 and renovated the gardens) are full of treasures, many of which are for sale or commission. The Stables Gallery is home to solo exhibitions too.
