Artisanal Mixers 

A natural and refreshing lemonade with a blend of cucumber and a hint of mint. Full of real fruit juices and fresh spring water, this is the perfect mixer for a guilt-free summer pitcher. Fill a jug with ice and pour over 200ml of Pimm’s, then top up with 600ml of Belvoir cucumber and mint lemonade. Garnish with sliced cucumber, mint sprigs and summer fruits of your choice.

The spicy basil is the perfect counterbalance to the sweet of the pomegranate, which is o en considered to be a superfood — just think of the health benefits whilst you sip on this. Add
150ml of champagne and 50ml of Double Dutch pomegranate and basil, before garnishing with pomegranate pearls for an exotic champagne cocktail with peppery top notes.

This lemonade has an intense flavour, created by the perfect balance of sweet and sour. In a balloon glass, pour 50ml of vodka and 50ml of prosecco over ice, top up with Thomas Henry grapefruit lemonade, before garnishing with two slices of grapefruit and a sprig of thyme — say hello to your new favourite, fruity summer spritz.

Crafted with the finest fresh root ginger, raw sugar cane and Sicilian lemons, this firey ginger beer is the perfect partner for a strong, dark rum. Fill a long glass with ice, and muddle a lime wedge with 50ml of rum, pour over the ice before topping up with ginger beer — a classic drink combination packing a punch.

Skillfully distilled, this soda is delicately light, balancing citrus aromatics and lemon essence. Fill a tall glass with ice and add 45ml of dry gin, 30ml of lemon juice and 15ml of sugar syrup before topping up with London Essence lemon and grapefruit soda, for a modern twist on a classic John Collins.

A fusion of herbs and spices, Fentimans have produced the taste reminiscent of a classic cola. Shake up 15ml of white rum, dry gin, vodka, tequila, triple sec, lemon and lime juice, and pour into
