Who wouldn’t want younger looking skin? Known for her flawless complexion and youthful appearance, 32-year-old Natascha Cox is often mistaken for being no older than 25. But what is the secret to her youthful appearance? 

Natascha says, ‘I have always looked after my skin and have only started wearing make-up during the day within the last five years. I'm really aware of how rapidly women seem to age. Winter is especially harsh to our faces as they are always exposed to the weather. I try my best to slow the damage down by following some really simple tips that keep my skin looking great’.

Natascha's Skin Care Tips

1. Find a brand that works for you and stick to it!

2. Use a moisturiser with a minimum of SPF20 daily.

3. Exfoliate with a sugar scrub twice a week.

4. Use oil-based cleansers to remove make-up.

5. Try to have a couple of no foundation days.
