The second phase of waterfront homes at Smith’s Dock — the new North Shield’s waterfront community developed by joint venture partners Places for People and Urban Splash — will be up for sale from this Saturday.
Prices have now been released for the range of homes, with the first 80 apartments in the waterfront Smokehouses – two stunning structures standing on the banks of the Tyne offering incredible views of North Shields, South Shields, Tynemouth and the River itself – released for sale from just £125,000.
In addition, 10 Fab Houses – the modular, family homes designed by North East TV star and architect George Clarke – will also be released for sale with prices from £225,000. Customers attending the event will also get a first look around the homes with a new show house open on the day.
The launch comes after Places for People and Urban Splash opened the doors to the first 24 Town Houses at the development in summer 2017, a few of which are still available to buy from £299,950. ‘I’m delighted that we can now unveil more opportunities for buyers wanting to live at Smith’s Dock; these family homes and apartments bring alternative typologies to the scheme meaning that more people can live here,’ explained Guy Akernley, director of residential for Urban Splash.
Prices for Fab Houses start at £225,000; Smokehouse prices will launch at the event on 10th March. To register your interest please contact Rose Miller at Sanderson Young on 0191 580 7999, or email email@example.com.
