Featuring a Halloween themed trail, a gruesome Spook Zone and crafts event, it’s the perfect way to keep the little ones occupied during the half-term break. Whilst visiting, be sure to dress to impress in your favourite Halloween attire and post your photos on social media using #GiantHalloween to win prizes. With three age categories, you could be in with the chance of winning a family entrance and skating ticket to use at the garden during the Christmas period.
It’s almost Halloween, so why not get into the spirit by heading to the Enchanted Woods Halloween Trail, at Aysgarth Falls. Follow the spooky scavenger hunt and help the witches of Freeholders Woods retrieve their stolen broomsticks from the mischievous sprites – this adventure is perfect for little and big kids alike! The trail runs from 8am to 5pm and is free, bar a small charge for a quiz sheet.
On All Hallows’ Eve head over to the BALTIC and find out about the local spooky sights of the Quayside in this very special tour. Join a member of BALTIC’s crew at the Level 5 Viewing Box as they take you through the spooky stories and terrifying tales that have haunted the area for generations.
