Then try: Bizzie Lizzie’s, Skipton

You can also find breakfasts, afternoon teas, veggie and gluten-free options on their extensive menu so there really is something for everyone. With two locations to choose from, you can either watch the narrow boats on the canal, or enjoy your fish supper in the heart of historic Skipton.

Then try: Sky Apple Cafe, Heaton

By day a bustling cafe serving up dishes like veggie eggs benedict and halloumi naan bread, this place transforms at night into a restaurant with full table service and gourmet menus, which change every six weeks to offer variety. The menu features influences from Japan, China, South Asia and pretty much everywhere else as well, but the ingredients are all sourced as locally as possible, with a real focus on seasonality.
