This summer, Raby Castle will be hosting a number of productions in their walled gardens, including adaptions of Shakespeare’s classics The Tempest and Much Ado About Nothing. The Tempest promises magic, musicality and mystery, while Much Ado About Nothing promises to thrill you with plotting, frivolity and melodrama. You are welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy while you’re watching – alternatively, there are picnics available to pre-book. Ticket holders are encouraged to bring their own chair or blanket, so that they can enjoy the performances in comfort.
Raby Castle are offering one lucky winner four adult tickets to see either The Tempest or Much Ado About Nothing, which are both taking place in the 18th century walled garden at Raby Castle. Tickets also include admission to the park and gardens – ticket holders can arrive any time from 10am to explore the grounds.
The performance of The Tempest will be taking place on Sunday 11th August, with doors opening at 6pm, and the performance of Much Ado About Nothing will be taking place on Tuesday 20th August, with doors opening at 6pm.
