Tickets Terms and Conditions
Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable. Cancelled Bookings, Lost, Forgotten or Unused Tickets. No duplicate can be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused admission tickets or members/guest badges.
Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event. No refunds will be made on the day. In the event of cancellation or abandonment, money paid in respect of advance bookings, or a logical proportion thereof will be refunded on the return to The Living North LIVE Fair events team of tickets/passes which could not be used because of cancellation or abandonment. Refunds will only be made in respect of any day that is wholly abandoned before the start. Please send tickets stating full name and address of sender and, if different from that of sender, the full name and address of the purchaser to: The Living North LIVE Fair, Studio 2, St Nicholas Chare, Newcastle NE1 1RJ
Please note, only assistance dogs are permitted at this event.
Disclaimer of Liability
All tickets are sold subject to The Living North LIVE Fair events team reserving the right to refuse admission to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain at the racecourse, and shall not be required to give any reason for such action. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are responsible, neither the Living North events team, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, illness, loss, damage, injury to visitors or their cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

All new exhibitors must give details of a website or email images of products.
The Living North Fair Committee will review your application and contact you with the outcome of their decision. Every application has to be reviewed which may regrettably lead to some rejections. Living North Magazine accepts no responsibility or liability for the inaccuracy of any information contained herein. Furthermore, none of the particulars contained herein form any part of an offer or contract.
Exhibitors must ensure they keep within the stand that they have ordered. Living North reserve the right to remove any products that are presented outside of the stand due to health and safety precautions.
Food Exhibitors: Food sold is not for general consumption at the event. Food exhibitors are charged for one trestle table (a 6ft frontage), if you require more frontage we must be notified and you will be charged for the extra space. Any food exhibitor that does not notify us and sets up outside of the allocated space will be asked to remove the products and may be asked to leave the show. If you are bringing a fridge as part of your stand you must make sure it fits within your 6ft frontage.
I accept that whilst my stand preference will be taken into account, final stand allocation is the decision of the Living North Fair Committee. Floorplans may be subject to change.
Under no circumstances must anything be nailed, screwed or glued to the shell scheme panels or metal framework of the stand. All damage will be charged to the exhibitor at full replacement cost.
All electrical points must be ordered through our contractors, pricing details are available upon request. Living North reserve the right to remove any electrical points that have not been ordered through our contractors. Exhibitors must not run their electric from another stand due to health and safety precautions. Any generators will be removed.
Exhibitors are required to carry their own liability and goods insurance. Whilst all due precautions are taken, Living North cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products or persons during the event. All exhibitors must ensure the safety of everyone who is associated with their stand and those persons who may be affected by the activities carried out therein. All electrical appliances must be PAT tested. Exhibitors whose appliances are not PAT tested or are considered unsafe will be asked to remove the appliances.
A deposit of 25% of the stand price is payable on acceptance. Confirmation of the stand will not be made until payment is received. The balance must be paid by the date stated on the invoice. Living North reserve the right to reallocate the stand if necessary. Should payment not be received by this date we reserve the right to reallocate the stand and cancel the booking. No refund of the initial deposit shall be made. Should you cancel after the balance has been paid no refund shall be given. Living North reserves the right to cancel the event should the organising committee consider this necessary.
