Smoky Brae 

Smokey Brae is a traditional Scottish smokehouse which started as a garden experiment, and now creates interesting artisan food products for the adventurous foodie. Every ingredient has been handcrafted in small batches using traditional methods from smoked spices, smoked seasonings and smoked sugar.


Bleikers Smokehouse is an independent, family-run business, specialising in naturally smoked salmon, trout, mackerel, kippers and a variety of specialised prepared seafood treats. Now in their second generation, this smokehouse in the heart of North Yorkshire prides itself on traditionally curing and smoking the finest quality fresh produce and preparing them to the highest standards. They have won numerous awards from the Guild of Fine Foods Retailers and supply some of the UK's top celebrity chefs.

Boulevard Ltd

Utilising a traditional smoking process from 1883, Boulevard produces a unique range of smoked condiments, oils and smoked dried mushrooms. Their range began with the launch of their smoked salt collection in the spring of 2012 and now includes smoked peppercorns.
