No Equipment Needed
For something quick and intense (and requiring no equipment) Holly Dolke’s arm toning workout is a go-to.
You need dumbbells for this one (or grab two tins from your cupboard), but aside from that it’s an easy at-home arm blast.
On The Mat
This floor-based arm work out will take you 10 minutes. Roll out your mat and give it a go two or three mornings a week – you’ll build up your strength in no time.
Although you need no weights for this, the repetition of arm movements will build a burn fast. If you’re looking for non-stop, pliates-style toning, this is it.
Good For Beginners
Targeted at the over 50’s (although we think this is a pretty good arm workout for anyone starting out) this 10-minute blast uses a combination of resistance band and dumbbell exercises to burn your biceps and triceps.
