Gooseberry Negroni
Slingsby put their twist on a cocktail classic.
Ingredients
- 25ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin
- 25ml Sweet White Vermouth
- 15ml Suze
- 25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Method
Stir down ingredients with ice in a short glass and garnish with an apple slice. If you can’t find Suze, try this recipe with a Dry White Vermouth and 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.
