3 tbsp clear honey
200ml orange juice
20ml lemon juice
20ml organic apple cider vinegar
6 dashes Angostura Bitters
12 drops echinacea tincture (liquid echinacea)
Bee pollen, orange skin curls and natural honeycomb, to garnish
Cocktail shaker, cocktail stirrer and 2 short glasses
Pour the whisky into a cocktail shaker and stir in the honey until it has all incorporated.
Next, add the orange juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Angostura Bitters and echinacea. Stir well.
Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour over the penicillin. Garnish with an orange curl, a sprinkle of bee pollen and a nice piece of natural honeycomb.
