Ann Oliver Harvey

Ann Oliver Harvey Semi Permanent Makeup

What is it? The art of expertly implanting pharmaceutical-grade pigment into the upper dermis of the skin to enhance features.

What does it do? An experienced technician with more than 25 years in the cosmetic industry, Ann has gained recognition in both the medical and aesthetic industries thanks to her artistic ability, producing totally natural results for a remarkable rejuvenating effect. Harley Street-certified, Ann can also carry out remedial medical tattooing such as scar camouflage, alopecia, post-surgery nipple and areola corrective work.

How does it work? A coloured pigment is used to carefully restore what nature intended, by carefully correcting asymmetrical features such as irregular lips and brows, enhancing what is already there by filling brows, or subtly adding eyeliner and outlining lips for immediate and long-lasting results.

Is there any downtime? No, although depending on the procedure some light scabbing may occur. How many treatments are required? Depends on which procedure you choose.

How much will it cost? Prices start at £250.

Elemis

Biotec Elemis Facial

What is it? Elemis has combined high-potency actives and its own unique hands-on therapy with the science of bio-electric technology to deliver new-gen facial treatment. Combining three targeted stimuli, actives, touch and technology in a customisable facial, and bridging the gap between hands-on and non-invasive procedures, the treatment delivers immediate, visible and longer-lasting results when compared to other facials.

How does it work? There are seven customisable facials available which target specific needs, from anti-ageing and lifting and firming, to resurfacing and brightening. The treatments can also be used on sensitive skin and for blemish control. Using a bespoke cocktail of serums and a mix of micro-current to stimulate collagen and elastin production, ultrasound, oxygen infusion and light therapy, the facial works to smooth, lift and purify skin depending on your needs.

Is there any downtime? No downtime is needed post-treatment. How many treatments are required? A single treatment will deliver visible results.

How much will it cost? Prices start at £65 for a 35-minute treatment and are dependent on the type of facial chosen.

Lynton IPL Redness Removal

What is it? An intense pulse light treatment (IPL) which works to dramatically improve the appearance of noticeable facial thread veins and rosacea. The treatment works best on fair or untanned skin.

How does it work? A small light applicator is placed on the skin and a quick pulse of light is released. The light energy is transmitted through the skin to target the red blood vessels which absorb the energy and become heated to a point where they are damaged. The damaged blood vessels can then easily be reabsorbed by the body and will gradually disappear.

Is there any downtime? The treatment can be uncomfortable but no anaesthetic is needed and there is no real downtime post-treatment.

How many treatments are required? For best results a course of treatments is recommended.

How much will it cost? Treatments from £20.

Brow Lamination & Lash Lift

What is it? Two treatments that when combined give your eyes a whole new emphasis which lasts for weeks. Brow lamination is the perfect way to tame unruly brows and help give a lifted appearance, resulting in naturally fuller brows with a perfect, flattering shape. Combine this with LVL Lash Lift to lift lashes and open eyes, and you have eyes to mesmerise.

How does it work? Brow lamination is a texturising treatment which involves chemically softening the brow hair which can then be reshaped and reset into a more refined, lifted and smoother, flattering shape. Combine with an LVL Lash Lift which elevates and curls your natural lashes using a lifting balm, volumising fix and lash tint, lifting the lash from the base to give the appearance of fuller, fluttery, luscious lashes which should last for between six and eight weeks.

Is there any downtime? No, although it’s recommended you don’t wash or cleanse near brows or lashes for 24 hours post-treatment.

How many treatments are required? Just one session will lift and frame your face and give you noticeably luscious lashes and open eyes.

How much will it cost? Brow lamination and Lash Lift together are £90.

Fat Freezing

What is it? Fat freezing or advanced body contouring works by lowering the temperature of body fat to -7 or -8, destroys the cells without damaging the tissue and helps ‘spot’ remove fat from problem areas which often don’t respond to diet and exercise such as knees, arms and the back.

How does it work? The effects of fat freezing were first discovered through ice-lollies but the technique has developed significantly to target the unwanted fatty adipose tissue which sits near the surface of the skin, which is cooled so the cells begin to break down and leave the body via the lymphatic system. Within 15–20 days the damaged fat will have left the body, but be aware that not all fat cells can be destroyed during the procedure and a healthy diet and exercise regime needs to be maintained.

Is there any downtime? This is a non-surgical procedure with no downtime.

How many treatments are required? Just one 70-minute session will deliver noticeable improvement, but a course of two or three treatments is recommended.

How much will it cost? Price on consultation dependent on the area (s) to be treated

The Hollywood Peel

What is it? The ZO Stimulator Peel or Hollywood Peel, so dubbed as it is beloved by so many Hollywood celebs, targets the outermost layer of skin. The gentle, exfoliating procedure targets the signs of ageing, leaving skin looking noticeably healthier.

How does it work? Facial peels are one of the most effective ways to treat the signs of ageing, UV damage and discolouration. Quick and easy, containing high-performance medical-grade ingredients, the peel works its magic to leave skin noticeably softer, brighter and smoother, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Is there any downtime? There may be some flaking two to three days post-peel but otherwise, no downtime is needed.

How many treatments are required? A single peel will deliver results but for maximum benefits three to four peels at two-week intervals are recommended.

How much will it cost? From £99 per treatment.

PRP Treatment

What is it? PRP has been used for more than 30 years in medical fields such as dentistry, oral surgery and orthopaedics. A 100 percent natural procedure, it is recommended to patients who prefer a more natural approach to anti-ageing treatments, as it uses the body’s own cells (blood plasma) rather than a synthetic substance such as dermal fillers.

How does it work? PRP involves taking a small sample of blood from the arm as if you were having a blood test, spinning it in a centrifuge to separate the red blood cells from the plasma, and injecting the gel-like plasma back into the skin to stimulate collagen production. This platelet-rich plasma contains natural growth factors which stimulate cells to promote collagen and tissue growth, refreshing the skin and giving it a firmer, more youthful appearance.

Is there any downtime? No. Normal-to-light activities can be resumed immediately afterwards.

How many treatments are required? A course of treatments is recommended.

How much will it cost? PRP from £200 per treatment.
