To apply to exhibit at any of the Living North LIVE Spring or Christmas Fairs in 2026, complete the form at the bottom of this page.

All exhibitors must give details of a website or email images of their products to be sold. Living North shall have the right to remove any products from the event which have not been listed or are not in accordance with the description given on the application form.

The Living North Fair Committee will review your application and contact you with the outcome of their decision. Every application has to be reviewed, which may regrettably lead to some rejections.

Exhibitors accept that whilst their stand preference will be taken into account, final stand allocation will be entirely at the discretion of the Living North Fair Committee. Floorplans may be subject to change without notice at any time.

Exhibitors are not permitted to move their exhibits or any part thereof to any other space or site/stand not officially allocated to them. This includes unused spaces adjacent to their stands. All goods and merchandise including display stands of any type and any exhibitor property must be within the allocated space. No merchandise or displays must block entrances, passages or gangways at the venue.

Under no circumstances must anything be nailed, screwed or glued to the shell scheme panels or metal framework of the stand. All damage will be charged to the exhibitor at full replacement cost.

Exhibitors must take all reasonable care with the event property and in the event of damage being made will be asked to make any damage good entirely at the cost of the exhibitor.

Please note all electrical fittings and furniture must be ordered directly through our stand suppliers (details of this will be available about 6 weeks before the event). Living North and Alrose Productions reserve the right to remove any electrical points not ordered through our stand suppliers.

All electrical appliances must be PAT tested. Exhibitors whose appliances are not PAT tested or which are considered unsafe will be asked to remove the appliances.

Shouting and/or the use of amplification of any kind, whether inside or outside an exhibitor’s allocated space, is not allowed without prior permission of Living North. All demonstrations must be carried out in an orderly fashion with respect to both visitors and fellow exhibitors.

Food Exhibitors: Any food and/or drink sold from a trade stand should be sold for consumption off site only and packaged accordingly. Exhibitors who intend to heat food and tasters on site must inform the fair team prior to the event and specify any heating equipment to be used. Under no circumstances will gas appliances be used.

Exhibitors are required to carry their own liability and goods insurance. A copy of the exhibitor’s public liability insurance of at least £2 million, and in date of the event, MUST be sent to Living North in advance of the fair. Exhibitors will be unable to set up until this has been received.

Whilst all due precautions are taken, Living North cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products or persons during the event. All exhibitors must ensure the safety of everyone who is associated with their stand and those persons who may be affected by the activities carried out therein.

Stands must be open and staffed throughout the opening hours of the event and fully stocked for this purpose.

Living North reserves the right to cancel the event should the organising committee consider this necessary.

Stand space can not be sub-let.

Living North will not be liable for failure to perform under this agreement caused by events beyond reasonable control. Including acts of God, acts of government or sovereign state or matters beyond their control. This will include acts beyond Living North’s control arising from problems relating to the host venue, its staff or procedures. Exhibitors remain liable for stand fees and Living North shall have no liability to exhibitors from the loss of income should such a cancellation take place.

A deposit of 25% of the stand price is payable on acceptance. Confirmation of the stand will not be made until payment is received. The balance must be paid by the specified date for the event you are applying for. Living North reserves the right to reallocate the stand at this time if necessary. Furthermore, should payment not be received by this date, Living North reserves the right to reallocate the stand and cancel the booking. No refund of the initial deposit shall be made. Should you cancel after the balance has been paid no refund shall be given.

Stands should not be dismantled until after 4pm on the final day of trading. Any exhibitor who starts dismantling or removing products from their stand is in breach of the Health and Safety regulations. Living North reserves the right to refuse acceptance to future fairs to any exhibitor who breaks down early.

Marketing around show: Exhibitors are prohibited from distributing any literature and other marketing material without the express, written permission of Living North.

Living North will not be liable for any loss of income or profits, exhibitor costs of any nature or any direct or indirect loss howsoever caused.

Living North Magazine accepts no responsibility or liability for the inaccuracy of any information contained herein. Furthermore, none of the particulars contained herein or Living North event brochures or other promotional documentation form any part of an offer or contract.
