A love of art and design made Mark and Simmone fall in love with The Highfield House
impressive venue.
Mark & Simmone met at a marketing agency after university and got engaged seven years later. After a trip to New York was unfortunately cancelled at the start of Covid, Mark came up with an inventive proposal idea. He decided to bring the Big Apple to Yorkshire and decorated each room in their house to resemble a different area of New York – including a New York style cheesecake.
Their love of art and design instantly made Mark and Simmone fall in love with The Highfield House where the owners have created a unique venue, influenced by their interior design projects throughout London, and the couple decided this would be the perfect place for their wedding.
