Chicory, Blue Cheese and Walnut Canapés
These crowd-pleasing canapés are ready in just 10 minutes
- 3–4 heads of chicory
- 200g roquefort cheese
- 3 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 jar of Tracklements Apple & Cider Brandy Chutney
Remove any damaged leaves from the chicory, trim the base, remove the individual leaves and arrange on a platter.
In a bowl, mash the Roquefort with the back of a fork and mix in half the finely chopped walnuts. Fill each chicory leaf with a tsp of the cheese mix, top with a teaspoon of the chutney and a sprinkling of nuts.
