DOOD’s new Nomad’s Sunday Roast puts a bold new spin on one of Britain’s best-loved dining traditions, combining the comfort of a classic Sunday lunch with DOOD’s signature charcoal-led cooking and vibrant regional flavours.
Guests can expect dishes such as 12-hour slow-cooked lamb ouzi roast, harissa-roasted baby chicken, house-spiced grilled barramundi or advieh-spiced cauliflower steak, served with sides including batata and roasted parsnips.
The prize includes Nomad’s Sunday Roast for two people at DOOD, with a choice of dessert such as vanilla and rose rice pudding or date tart with pistachios and crème fraîche.
