Hepple Spirits was founded in one of Britain’s last wild sanctuaries of the Northumberland Moors by food writer Valentine Warner (whose birthday is appropriately celebrated on Valentine’s Day), legendary bartender Nick Strangeway, distiller Chris Garden, and caretaker of the land Walter Riddell.
Included in this elegant box are a 50cl bottle of your choice from the Hepple Spirits repertoire, two specially-designed crystal glasses which have been beautifully etched with the Hepple juniper sprig motif, and a selection of specially-created cocktail cards.
Hepple Spirits seek to create spirits that sing with clarity and flavour by capturing the essence of Northumbrian botanicals and the wild landscape around them. Their love of nature has also seen them embark on conservation of British juniper through a sustainable juniper propagation programme.
