This unique hotel and restaurant in the heart of North Yorkshire is one of Living North’s favourites. Its eclectic decor and famous food made it one of the most intriguing places to stay in Yorkshire, and certainly one not to miss.
From the glorious Taj Mahal Palace in India to the magical world of Lapland in Finland, and famous Raffles in Singapore, Crab Manor takes you to the most exotic of destinations without ever having to leave North Yorkshire. Each of their 20 rooms is uniquely decorated with artefacts and antiques, and across the grounds of the 18th century Georgian manor you’ll find tranquil thatched lodges, Scandinavian log cabins, beautifully located garden rooms and luxury suites.
The highly acclaimed Crab & Lobster is famous for its seafood, but also champions traditional English cooking in the cosy candle-lit restaurant or the bright airy conservatory, where you’ll find everything from oysters, Queenie scallops and lobster Thermidor to slow cooked local lamb and Grand Reserve sirloin steak on the menu.
The lucky winner will enjoy an overnight stay for two in a luxury suite, a sumptuous three-course dinner at the outstanding Crab & Lobster, and breakfast the following morning, all worth in excess of £500.

The prize can be redeemed for hotel bookings from 2nd January 2024 until 24th March 2024 (excluding the 14th of February) and will be valid between Sunday and Thursday. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value. Drinks are not included in the prize.
