Living North has teamed up with The O Co to offer one lucky Living North reader the chance to win a luxury platter of oysters from The O Co at an upcoming North East event.
Launched in 2025 by oyster-obsessed business partners Liberty Mitchell and Sam Crosby, The O Co is a bespoke mobile oyster cart which has popped up at foodie events across the North East including Jesmond Food Market, Wylam Food Battles and The Biscuit Factory’s Summer Social.
Their menu, which includes king scallops, is divided between raw options and over-fire options to suit every palate, and the team like to get adventurous with their toppings. As well as serving them classically, you can enjoy bestselling options like the sosyter (drenched in soy sauce, spring onions and nuts) and the sexy cheese and onion (a mouthwatering blend of spring onion, Parmesan and salted butter).
