In this uplifting and interactive session, your child will learn how to journal their thoughts and feelings, practise positive affirmations that help build confidence, explore the story of Roxie and the magical gift she shares with the forest, and discover how they too can make others feel wonderful.
This heart-warming workshop reflects the same activities Anna has been sharing with children through Roxie’s story, helping them understand that kindness, confidence and positivity are powerful superpowers we all carry inside us. As a headteacher and author passionate about children’s wellbeing, Anna created Roxie to help young people discover their own inner magic because, as she says, every child deserves to know that they carry a little bit of Roxie’s magic within them.

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over entering on behalf of a child aged four to 11. One winner will receive a signed copy of Roxie, The Little Fawn Who Made the Forest Feel Wonderful and a Roxie wellbeing workshop with Anna Coulson. The workshop will take place either online or at an agreed location, subject to availability and reasonable travel distance. The prize must be redeemed within six months of the winner being announced. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. Travel costs, if applicable, are not included unless otherwise agreed.
