The winner may choose one of the following prizes:
• A one-to-one personalised session, thoughtfully tailored to individual needs, offering space to reset, rebalance and step into the new season feeling grounded and renewed. This is available via Zoom online.
• A one-hour Yoga class at Calcutt Village Hall, Knaresborough (Fridays in March or May, 9am–10am). Each class begins with soothing breathwork to steady the mind, followed by gentle warm-ups and flowing vinyasa sequences woven with elements of Qigong, using music and adapted for all levels. The session closes with a deeply restful relaxation, wrapped in blankets, allowing you to settle into equilibrium and quiet ease.
• A 45-minute Qigong class at Pannal Village Hall, Pannal, Harrogate (Thursdays in March or May, 9am–9.45am). Classes include gentle Qigong warm-ups to music and a themed flowing practice accessible to all. Qigong nurtures balance, circulation and coordination, supports smooth energy flow, and cultivates calm focus and steady vitality — leaving you refreshed, centred and ready to embrace the season ahead.
