Founded by Tommy Banks, one of Yorkshire's leading chefs, Made In Oldstead is a premium purveyor of at-home dining and special occasion experiences, delivered nationwide every week.
The menus are inspired by the ingredients grown and foraged at their 20-acre farm and two-acre kitchen garden, the home of the produce served at their two Michelin-starred restaurants, The Black Swan at Oldstead and Roots in York.
Tommy's cooking style is a true reflection of his Yorkshire roots, with a modern-British approach to menu curation inspired by the ingredients grown and foraged in and around Oldstead. Adopting a farm-to-fork approach to his dishes means that they're hyper seasonal, with an abundance of fresh produce available to the team throughout the summer and showcasing the same flavours on their winter menus through their preserves too; oils, vinegars, ferments and dried ingredients are just some of the examples championed by Tommy, all of which is produced in-house.

Terms and Conditions
The prize is for a Signature Menu for two people, food from box delivery service Made In Oldstead, plus paired wine and a cheese board. The prize can be redeemed on any Friday or Saturday of the winner's choice, excluding special occasions e.g. Christmas. A three-course vegetarian option can be provided instead, however Made In Oldster cannot accommodate for any further dietary requirements. One winner only, aged 18 or over. Prize is non-transferrable. No prize or cash alternative.
