As Heart & Soul with Sophie prepare for Living North LIVE at York Racecourse this March, we've teamed up with Sophie to offer one lucky Living North reader the chance to win a soulful sound bath for two
Heart & Soul with Sophie, based in York, create spaces for women to slow down and build the inner resources they need to cope with juggling careers, home life, and everything in between. Sophie runs Sisterhood Circles where women can share stories and release all of life’s tensions, Sacred Pause Sound Baths (one-to-one healing co-created with you), and Sacred Ceremonies to mark a special occasion with a soulful difference.
All Sacred Pause sessions are inspired by the seasons, allowing Heart & Soul with Sophie to tap into nature's innate wisdom and slow down from the busy pace of everyday life. Every session includes a grounding relaxation meditation, alchemy crystal tones sound bath, intuitive journaling, a nature-inspired ritual, and a gift bag.

Terms and Conditions
One entrant to this competition will win two spaces for a Sacred Pause: Soulful Sound Bath at Rebalance Studios in Clifton, valid for six months. The winner can choose from a two-hour or two-and-a-half-hour session. This prize is non-transferrable and the winners must be over 18.
