Using roots, fruits, berries and blossoms through multiple stages of fermentation and ageing, The Slow Vinegar Company create small batch vinegars full of flavour. If you’re cooking lamb and roast vegetables, try their award-winning wild garlic wine vinegar. For something a little sweeter, drizzle their blackcurrant vinegar syrup over salads or over ice cream – this one makes a great bread dipper too!

Using their own original recipes, the sauces include everything from a mild Persian curry sauce which goes perfectly with lamb, fish or veggies, to a spicy Jamaican-style sauce delicious with chicken or pork dishes.
