Easter will soon be here and there are so many ways to celebrate as a family

From egg hunts to getting crafty, and baking delicious bunny cupcakes, we've rounded up everything you'll want to make and do this Easter.

Take part in the Easter Adventure Quest, exploring the gardens to hunt for clues and challenges, and discover traditional Easter games like egg rolling and the egg and spoon race. Track down the eggs and you’ll be rewarded with an adventurer’s certificate and tasty chocolate treat.

Head to the living museum of the North as they celebrate the traditions of Easter. From hot cross bun baking in Herron’s Bakery, to traditional food displays at the 1940s farm, as well as Easter card making in the Masonic Hall, there are lots of egg-cellent activities taking place at Beamish over the long Easter weekend.
