Make it a Meal
This recipe can easily be adapted and made into a main meal.
Stir Fried with Vegetables
Cook a mix of stir-fried vegetables quickly over a high heat before adding the prawns (use a mix of red peppers, beansprouts, mange tout, sugar snap peas, thinly sliced cabbage, julienne carrots). Add a dash of soy sauce, fish sauce or splash of water to loosen the sauce if required.
Cooked Noodles
For a more substantial meal, once everything is cooked simply add in cooked noodles and toss through until hot. Make sure you do not overcook the prawns. Add a dash of soy sauce, fish sauce or splash of water to loosen the sauce if required.
