This Italian Peach Salad is Perfect for Summer

Sweet, light and moreish, we recommend eating this one al fresco
This salad couldn't be simpler to make and is packed with flavour.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches
- 1 large beefsteak tomato
- 1 ball of burrata
- 1 slice of Honey Heaven Organic Acacia Honeycomb
- Fresh basil leaves
Method
Slice the peaches into wedges. Heat a grill pan over high heat and grill the peach slices until charred grill marks appear and the fruit begins to caramelise, about two to three minutes per side.
Cut the tomato into thick slices.
Arrange the grilled peaches and tomato slices on a serving plate. Tear the burrata gently and place it over the fruit.
Add a slice of Honey Heaven honeycomb on top or to the side, and scatter fresh basil leaves for a fragrant finish.
Optional: Drizzle with a little olive oil or balsamic glaze if desired.
