Rest and Relax inside the Stonebridge Homes Pop-up at Living North's Christmas Fair
Find a moment of calm at this year's Living North Christmas Fair in York, and experience Stonebridge Homes' premium living
There’s nothing quite like this event; the twinkle of festive lights, the hum of happy shoppers and stall after stall of beautiful gifts make it one of the highlights of the season. For us, it’s about supporting something that brings Yorkshire together, championing local businesses and communities – because thriving places are what we’re all about.
But amid all the excitement, everyone needs a moment to pause, and that’s where we come in. Step inside our calm, cosy space to sit back, put your feet up and recharge between shopping.
Designed to bring the Stonebridge Homes living experience to the fair, our stand will give you a real feel for life in one of our homes; light, welcoming and thoughtfully designed for modern family living. Whether you’re thinking about your next move or simply need a breather, you’ll be very welcome.
Homes designed around the way you live
So who are Stonebridge Homes? We create spacious, premium homes for modern family life, with two- to five-bedroom homes in neighbourhoods across Yorkshire.
Each is built with a timeless, yet modern style that feels fresh and current – designed as a beautiful blank canvas, giving you the freedom to add your own personality and make the space truly yours. From open-plan kitchen-diners made for sociable family meals to calm, restful bedrooms, every room has been planned with real life in mind.
And whether you choose a two-bedroom or a five-bedroom home, you’ll enjoy premium living as standard. Every Stonebridge home features a high-specification kitchen and bathroom, with brands such as Bosch and Porcelanosa, plus personalised options if you’d like to add your own finishing touches.
Our homes are designed with the future in mind too. EV charging points and smart meters come as standard, and many homes also feature solar panels and air source heat pumps, helping to reduce your energy bills and support more sustainable living.
Find your place in Yorkshire
Stonebridge Homes neighbourhoods offer the best of northern living, from the coast to the countryside.
On the North Yorkshire coast, Sandpiper Grange in Whitby brings together the beauty of the seaside with the comfort of a modern family home. With the beaches, the famous Abbey and the North York Moors on the doorstep, it's a wonderful place to put down roots, whether you're looking for room to grow or a peaceful place to slow down.
In and around Doncaster, we’ve handpicked three great places to call home, each with easy access to the town and excellent links across Yorkshire and beyond.
Our newest neighbourhood, The Moorings at Barnby Dun, offers homes in a well-connected village setting, ideal for families and commuters alike. A short drive away, The Ridings at Simpsons Park in Harworth features thoughtfully designed three-, four- and five-bedroom homes that reflect the area’s landscape and heritage. And in Armthorpe, just outside Doncaster, our two- to five-bedroom homes are proving popular, with just a handful still available.
Further north on the edge of the North York Moors, you’ll find our homes at Woodlands Place in Nunthorpe and Nightingale Chase in Guisborough.
