Win a Family Ticket for Scarborough's New Winter Lights Trail at Peasholm Park
The new Winter lights trail is part of Scarborough Lights, which will feature over 60 light installations at 15 different locations across the town
We’re offering three lucky readers the chance to win a family ticket to Peasholm Park Winter Lights Trail – one of many family-friendly events taking place as part of Scarborough Lights this festive season.
From 15th November to 23rd December, there’s so much to see and do in Scarborough to get you into the festive spirit.
Scarborough Lights will launch with an impressive drone display over Scarborough Castle, and returning this year as part of Scarborough Lights is Scarborough Sparkle and Lantern Parade (24th–26th November), a magical and enchanting Christmas wonderland at Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Plus there’s Fading Light of Ruins at St Mary’s Church, another brand new event launching at Scarborough Lights. Other events include Drift/Lit at the train station, Signs of the Times by Adrian Riley, an unmissable town centre trail of illuminated text artworks celebrating some of Scarborough’s uncelebrated or forgotten places, and Ships Ahoy! at the harbour is a fabulous sight as you look out to sea, illuminated fishing vessels and yachts lighting up the night sky. The Live Advent Calendar will take the festival into neighbourhoods throughout Scarborough too, and a number of local landmarks will be illuminated as part of the festival.
The Peasholm Park Winter Lights Trail is a new event this year. This is Peasholm Park as you've never seen it before, with light artworks by internationally-renowned artists from the UK, Netherlands, Hungary and Slovakia in an unforgettable setting. Pick up a lantern and follow the trail around the park while hot food and refreshments (including mulled wine) will be served from Peasholm Park Café.

Competition entrants must be over 18. Offer is not transferable or refundable. A family ticket is based on two adults and two children or one adult and three children. Three winners will each win a family ticket. The winners can pick the date they wish to attend, subject to availability.
