The beauty of a slow cooker is that you can prep everything in advance, it's cheap to run and after a busy day you can come back to a delicious home-cooked meal

But thanks to passionate foodie Nathan Anthony's new book, you can also enjoy healthy, easy-to-make, calorie-counted recipes to save you time and money, and make you feel better too. Here we share just three of his favourites.
