Celebrating exceptional British produce and seasonal ingredients, Samsons is a new, relaxed all-day restaurant in the heart of Harrogate. Find small plates such as shredded Thirkleby duck crumpet, wild garlic and samphire tart and grilled mussels on toast, or order large plates such as Cornish hake or roast lamb rump – the desserts have caught our eye too, especially the cherry blossom parfait.

BEER WITH DEER 

On selected dates throughout summer, on the Swinton Estate, enjoy local Masham beer and fabulous wood-fired pizza or sample from the barbecue and pig roast menus at the beautiful Deer House overlooking Swinton Park. This unique al fresco drinking and dining experience is perfect for summer days soaking up the atmosphere – especially when accompanied by great live music.

Crafting British hard seltzer on the outskirts of Richmond, Yan Tan is a family-run business creating premium alcoholic sparkling water which is naturally flavoured with wonky fruit and botanicals.
