Yorkshire Children’s Charity believes every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. They work across Yorkshire to make things better for children facing challenges caused by ill health, disability or financial hardship, providing practical support that helps them overcome barriers and reach their potential.
From essentials such as coats, shoes and bedding to emergency grants, specialist equipment, school trips and mentoring programmes, they provide practical support where it can make the biggest difference. With more than one in three children across Yorkshire growing up in poverty, their work helps create opportunities, build confidence and ensure children are not held back by their circumstances.
