Kimchi Sourdough Toastie
This gut-boosting twist on a classic cheese toastie is full of flavour and goodness.
Serves 1 Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 10 mins
- Your favourite Kimchi
- 50g Watercress
- 2 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 Slices Sourdough Bread
1. Butter all sides of the bread. Lay the cheese down first, before adding as much kimchi as your heart desires! Top it with the watercress.
2. Heat a pan over a medium heat and lay the sandwich down, you can flatten it with a spatula while it cooks. Once it is golden brown, flip it and allow the other side to cook. (You can always stick it under the grill for a minute or two if the cheese needs a little longer to melt)
3. Cut in half and enjoy!
