Calling all foodies… Eat Leeds Restaurant Week is back!

From 19th-25th February you can enjoy specially crafted, exclusive menus at some of our favourite Leeds restaurants. Here's our top pick of where to dine at a discount, from the city's go-to pasta place to the must-visit venue for global food.
Farmhouse

Farmhouse

20–22 Lands Lane
0113 244 6410

Serving breakfast until 5pm, alongside burgers, salads, seafood and vegan and vegetarian dishes, Farmhouse is a fab choice for brunch and lunch. This restaurant week you can enjoy a breakfast or main meal and any soft drink for just £15. From blueberry and banana pancakes to pistachio French toast and eggs Benedict to a breakfast burrito, the breakfast menu is a winner – but we love the Korean crispy chicken.

Shears Yard

11–15 Wharf Street, The Calls
0113 244 4144

Offering three courses for £25, you’d be mad to miss this opportunity to try this award-winning indie favourite. Available Thursday to Saturday, the choice of mains includes pan-roasted cod loin with brown butter hollandaise, parmentier celeriac with brown shrimp, capers, tarragon and caramelised celeriac purée, and we’ve got our eye on the hibiscus poached rhubarb, clotted cream iced parfait and pistachio Madeline.

Kino
Sarto

Kino

34 New Briggate
0113 223 3700

Kino’s head chef is former MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist Josh Whitehead, whose memorable dishes make the most of our local produce, so you’re in for a real treat here. For restaurant week the offer is two courses for £25 and we’re torn between the polenta terrine cooked with roasted popcorn stock and sage served in a roasted muscade pumpkin sauce, and the ‘sausage roll’ filled with wild rabbit, tarragon and pork shoulder, served with pickled mushrooms and a light sauce of white wine and Grey Poupon mustard.

Sarto

Munro House, Duke Street
0113 345 2074

Sarto is Leeds’s go-to for fresh, handmade pasta – think pan-fried gnocchi, rigatoni with lamb shoulder ragu, and fettuccini with wild mushrooms. They even offer their own-brand lager brewed by Leeds’s own Anthology Brewing Company. This restaurant week, guests can enjoy a pint of house lager and a plate of pasta for just £15 – a bargain! Not a lager drinker? You can swap to a glass of house wine or a soft drink.

Three’s A Crowd

Angelica

Level 6 Trinity Leeds, 70 Boar Lane
0113 897 0099

Known for its panoramic city views and loved for its cocktails, Angelica is offering three courses for £25 this restaurant week. Start with the mushroom arancini with truffle mayonnaise, followed by the roasted chicken breast with rosti, mushroom, black cabbage and cep sauce, but save room for the Yorkshire custard tart.

Three’s A Crowd

76–78 North Street
0113 295 6060

This modern gastro pub serves quality food from a seasonally-changing menu and a bespoke wine list with more than 100 wines. Offering three courses for £25 this restaurant week, the menu features smoked haddock fishcake and braised short rib, and while those with a sweet tooth will love the coconut and mango vacherin with meringue, cheese-lovers should order the baron bigod with house pickle and Thomas Fudge’s crackers.

Grand Pacific

The Queens Hotel, City Square
0113 391 7290

Found within the Art Deco architecture of The Queens Hotel, this restaurant has played host to high society for years. Feel like royalty but dine at a discount this restaurant week with two courses and a cocktail for just £25. Mains include chargrilled sea bass, bao buns, seared beef and noodles or a pineapple and avocado poke bowl which you can pair with your choice of a rose and lychee martini or the smokey old fashioned.
