Contemporary Asian cuisine fusing traditional flavours with modern cooking methods, alongside exquisite presentation, is what you’ll find at Beju. This relatively new Sheffield restaurant invites diners to enjoy everything from hoisin duck spring rolls and bao buns to sushi, pan-seared salmon and Shanghai noodles under their illuminated maple tree in the restaurant, and signature and Beju cocktails can be enjoyed at the bar.
